Where I am Shopping this Small Business Saturday
Bothell has always been about community and a HUGE part of our community are the great small businesses that we have here in Bothell. Running a small business is tough and with the whole Amazon one click purchase phase the world is in, it is tougher than ever. Here are some reason I shop small as much as I can:
1. Helps promote and support my Bothell community.
2. I can find unique, one of a kind handcrafted items that Amazon will never have.
3. Gifting local experiences that enrich the community and my loved ones. I am focusing on gifting experiences this year.
4. Relationships. I buy local and many times local owners remember me and that means a lot.
So this year, please, allocate as much of your gifting purchase money as possible to support our local entrepreneurs in Bothell, Mill Creek, Kenmore and Woodinville. Our community depends on small business and small businesses depend on our community.
