City of Bothell’s Surface Water Program focused on Doggy Poo

The City of Bothell’s Janet Geer works on the Surface Water Program and is part of the Puget Sound Starts Here partnership. The partnership has more than 60 cities and counties throughout the Puget Sound. Below is one of their new commercials focusing on picking up doggy poo.
