Bothell Woman Dies From Gunshot Wound in Issaquah

The State Patrol pulled over a 2001 Saturn around 2:30am in Issaquah. Apparently, the vehicle was stopped for a routine traffic violation. When the trooper approached the car the driver appeared to have been shot. Fire and rescue professionals were called and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman has been identified as 23 year old Karak Hinrichs. No one knows how or when the woman was shot. Question: Why was this 23 year old woman driving around at 2:30am in the morning?
