Bothell is a great place for Commercial Real Estate  says the Snohomish County Business Journal

Those of us who live and work in Bothell already know this is a great place to live and work. We have some great things happening downtown… we are expanding our boarders.. Things are good. Sure we have some issues with the overall economy, but in Bothell we have a strong Chamber of Commerce as well as a ton of small businesses.

So it should not be surprising that the SCBJ  was quoted as saying "Bothell is emerging as the next city on the verge of greatness". There are a number of factors for this as they mention. First and foremost was the Bothell Leadership. Leadership which has taken the risk in creating a new "downtown" for Bothell. Also, mentioned where our school district, great location to live, the growing Washington-Bothell campus of the UW and the growing bio-tech jobs.

Bothell is a great city to live in, but one thing that was not mentioned was the true quality of Bothell community members. Here in Bothell we understand that the key for a great community is involvement. We are ACTIVE in the community, we are ACTIVE in our schools and businesses. I believe that 2011 will hold great things for Bothell.
